Triathlon Camps: Serious Momentum

It can be said that seasonal camps, strategically placed in the calendar year, are the single best way to add serious momentum towards one's competitive and personal goals. Imagine putting in an inspirational week of training in a tropical paradise in the middle of winter and you can understand the affect of a seasonal triathlon camp. Those who have attended in-season camps in Penticton and Wildflower, and off-season camps like Hawaii in the proverbial dead-of-winter, have reported outstanding results later on in the season. One word can describe the effect: momentum. Triathlon camps build momentum towards accomplishing goals. Explained in terms of fitness and preparedness, camps inspire preparatory training in those who plan on attending so they actually start out fitter, and the additional fitness gains from attending camps carries over to entering the competitive season faster, stronger, more resilient and ready.

All of the above is particularly true for this camp! This is mirthfully envisioned in our promo poster by William Vrabel (Willworks Design Solutions). Many thanks for giving us a vision to look forward to!
